Esteban Arango is an award winning Colombian-American writer/director working in film and television. Blast Beat, Arango’s feature film directorial debut premiered at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival in competition, an achievement for which Variety named him one of 10 Directors to watch that same year. Arango’s work has screened in front of audiences at prestigious film festivals around the world to much acclaim.
He is known for striking visuals and a lyrical style that can also be seen outside of his narrative films, most notably ¿Teo’s? Uno Dos music video featuring Jaden Smith.
Marvin Lemus is an award-winning director, co-creator, co-showrunner, and executive producer of Netflix’s hit series, "Gentified". It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2017. He was nominated for a prestigious Peabody Award, and three Imagen Foundation Awards. He was named a Director to watch by Robert Rodriguez, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Zoe Saldana as part of their LATINXT LIST in 2019 and 2020.
He is an alum of the Sony Diverse Director's Program, Disney/ABC Directors Fellowship, and Film Independent’s Project: Involve. Currently, Lemus is showrunning season two of Gentefeid and is preparing to direct his first feature film.

Enrique Pedráza-Botero is a filmmaker from Bogotá, Colombia. He served as Manager of Sundance Institute's Documentary Film Program for five years, running creative labs and international programs, as well as contributing to awarding $1-2 million/year in unrestricted grants to documentary filmmakers, globally. He has worked with other arts organizations such as Film Independent and Ambulante Documentary Film Festival and has served in numerous selection committees for nonprofit institutions and media funds in the U.S. and Latin America.
