Neyva is an eclectic artist who showcases their vulnerabilities through their lyrics, voice, and instrumentation, ultimately creating their own musical universe. They love creating sonic landscapes through synthesis, emotional vulnerability, and their personal experiences. They take influence from techno, house, cumbia, chicha, bolero, punk, jazz, and anything else that captivates them. They strive to push boundaries sonically and emotionally with each release and endeavor they put themselves through.

Neyva is rising and making their own mark with their individual style, advocacy for the LGBTQ+/queer latinx community, and continuous resilience no matter what comes their way. They have performed for queer underground parties such as: Queer As Punk, Club SCUM, DTLA Proud, and HEAV3N (also wrote TAKEME2HEAV3N in homage to HEAV3N and their experiences with mental health and queer nightlife). They recently virtually opened for The Yeah Yeah Yeahs for Queer as Punk’s 4 year anniversary, and will be part of the upcoming LALIFF festival.
